Original Item: Only One Available. This is a rare original WW2 Japanese Army M1938 Field Dress Uniform for a for a Superior Private enlisted soldier. The uniform is in excellent condition. The Tunic is of high quality construction, wool shell with white linen fabric lining with brass buttons. Features Superior Private collar tabs with embroidered stars. On the right breast there is a green "Insignia of Arm" indicating Medical Department. Size and maker information is stamped on the inner lining next to the pocket on the front left. Size is approximately a 38 chest.
The trousers are also well made, having a green wool shell and white linen lined interior. Maker and size information is stamped in Japanese on the interior lining. The waist is approximately 32 inches, with a 24 inch inseam on the legs.
Overall excellent condition with no stains, tears or moth damage. They dont get much better than this.
