Our short tunic Hyria is the wool version of Frekja for true shield-maidens who do not want to be limited to a dress. The short tunic has long sleeves and a V-neck. It goes wonderfully with our Lagertha and Yara. After all, it's easier to fight in a shirt and pants.

According to numerous legends, a shield-maiden is a woman who decided to live the life of a warrior. These myths are very popularly portrayed nowadays, e.g. in the television series Vikings. Also, in the saga about the Nibelungen gold the warrior Brünhild appears to kick some ass.
